SriLankan airlines launched a direct flight to Coimbatore, India since last Sunday which adds up the total destination to 41, the highest ever in SriLanka’s aviation history. It acquires another title of the foreign airline with the largest reach to India.
SriLankan’s destination count will increase further from the upcoming winter season, as it launches new daily non-stop flights to Melbourne, Australia.
The distance between SriLanka and Coimbatore is 557 km and it takes one hour and five minutes to fly.
The airlines has added two new A320neo aircrafts and its first A321neo this year to its fleet. This will ensure a higher level of comfort to the passengers.
