First glimpse of Bombardier CSeries twinjet to be delivered to Korean Air.
The video released by Bombardier shows the South Korean airline’s distinctive colour scheme getting painted.
Reg No: HL8092, is Korean Air’s first aircraft, will soon begin flight testing before delivery likely in October.
Korean Air became the first Asian customer to commit to the aircraft, which has so far been put into operation with Swiss International Air Lines and Air Baltic.
In January next year, the first CSeries for Delta Air Lines will begin final assembly. Delta, with 75 CS100s on order, is the largest CSeries customer.
To date, Bombardier has delivered 17 CSeries aircraft to two different airlines. Swiss has taken delivery of ten aircraft and airBaltic has taken delivery of seven aircraft.
