Six people injured by a suspected tear gas attack near the check in terminal at Frankfurt Airport in Germany.
Police said Six people were treated for minor breathing problem and “The cause is unclear, investigations continue,”
Emergency services responded to the incident occurred inside terminal one at 11am on Monday morning local time (7pm AEST).
Frankfurt Airport operators said the fire brigade’s operations had ended and found no “harmful substance” in the departures hall.
Check-in has reopened and flights are operating as normal.
