A woman with ‘life-threatening dog allergies’ was dragged off the southwest airlines plane at Baltimore Airport in US.
The woman claimed to have dog allergies told the flight attendants to remove two dogs already boarded the plane. One was an ’emotional support’ dog and another was a pet.
But when the authorities asked her to produce a medical document supporting her claim, she was unable to do so.
According to Southwest, “a customer may be denied boarding if he/she report a life-threatening allergic reaction without medical certificate to prove the claim.”
Since she failed to prove her claim, but refuse to de-plane, she was dragged out of the plane.
