Berry Aviation Embraer EMB-120 Brasilia tipped on its tail due to improper loading at Ft Lauderdale Executive Airport, Florida, USA.
The aircraft was on a relief mission to Puerto Rico run by the animal welfare charity Wings, was loaded with 2,000-pound pallet of water into the back of the plane, causing it to tilt backwards.
“The 66-foot twin-engine, turbo prop airplane, is designed to carry more than 2,600 pounds, may need repairs” Wings of Rescue President Ric Browde said
Wings of Rescue, established in 2012, says it has flown more than 26,000 pets to safety
