Airlink AVRO RJ85 flight SA8103 from Harare to Johannesburg suffered un-contained engine failure in flight which damaged adjacent engine and fuselage.
The South African Airways, Airlink airplane with 34 passengers on board departed Harare, Zimbabwe at 1:38 and made and emergency landing at O. R. Tambo International Airport, South Africa at 20:39 local time due to un-contained engine failure.
Upon assessing the damage and status of the aircraft, the crew decided to fly the aircraft with the remaining two serviceable engines to Johannesburg where it landed safely.
All passengers were disembarked safely
