Air China Boeing 737-800 flight from Hong Kong to Dalian dropped 25,000 feet in 10 minutes after loss of cabin pressure.
According to South China Morning Post, The flight CA106 made an emergency initial descent to 14,100 feet in four and ½ minutes, after a sudden loss of cabin pressure. The flight further descend to 10,000 feet and climbed to en-route level again and continued to destination.
The aircraft began descending at 7.40pm while travelling between Shantou and Xiamen, half an hour after it took off from Hong Kong International Airport.
Aircraft landed safely without any further incident.
