The fuselage of the MS-21-300 aircraft, intended for life tests, was delivered to the Irkutsk Aviation Plant in Ramenskoye airfield, Russia.
Life tests are conducted to confirm the design decisions in terms of fatigue strength and operational survivability. During the tests, the aircraft will be subjected to multiple loads simulating at least 180 thousand flights.
Currently, two MS-21-300 aircraft are taking part in flight certification tests. Completed assembly and installation of systems of the third flight aircraft MS-21-300, will be the final testing of its systems. The assembly of the fuselage of the fourth aircraft is being completed.
The assembly of the fuselage compartments of the MS-21-300 aircraft, intended for delivery to the customer, has begun.
