S7 Airlines Boeing 737-800 overran the end of the runway during takeoff at at Domodedovo airport in Moscow, Russia on Monday.
The jet raised a cloud of dust and destroyed lighting units beside the runway strip but was still managed to be takeoff.
The flight S7263 with more than 150 people on board continued its flight and safely landed at Simferopol airport in Russian city Crimea.
After landing, inspection revealed damage to fuselage, which resulted in cancellation of return flight.
Five lighting units were destroyed during takeoff, with broken glass scattered all around, but operations at Domodedovo airport were unhindered.
