South Korean T’way airline Boeing 737-800, received damage to its radome on final approach to runway 25R at Ho Chi Minh City International Airport,Vietnam at around 6:00 am on September 19.
The flight #TW123 from Seoul, South Korea reported a technical issue an altitude of 609 m on landing and said the crew heard a loud noise in front of the aircraft.
The aircraft landed safely at 0h09, and taxied to Gate 72.
Inspection revealed a dent in the radome and the aircraft was grounded for further technical inspection.
No injuries were reported.
